What takes place during a consultation session?
The consultation takes place over Zoom or a phone call, lasting approximately 30 minutes. During this time, I will share more about myself and my work style, while we discuss your wedding in detail and explore your vision for the day. I'll be available to answer any questions you may have.
How can I secure my wedding date?
To secure your date, a deposit payment of £300 is required. The final payment is due from the couple 4 weeks prior to the wedding.
When can I expect the photos to be ready for viewing after the wedding?
The gallery will typically be ready for viewing within 4 weeks after the wedding. However, during busier seasons, it may take up to a maximum of 8 weeks. I strive to work as efficiently as possible but prefer not to overpromise and underdeliver, ensuring that you receive your wedding gallery promptly.
What occurs following the consultation?
Following the consultation, I reserve the couple's date for a period of two weeks, allowing them time to deliberate on their decision to proceed further. If they choose to move forward, I then send them a contract along with an invoice for the deposit.
HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHS WILL I RECEIVE ?
Each package offers a different number of photos. Typically, for every hour of coverage, you can expect to receive around 40-80 photos. This variation depends on factors such as the venue, the number of people, and other considerations, which influence the amount of content captured during the event.
DO YOU HAVE BACKUP EQUIPMENT?
Yes, I always carry two cameras with me, each equipped with various lenses. This ensures that if one camera encounters an issue, I have a backup readily available. Additionally, each camera features two card slots, providing redundancy in case one memory card fails. Once I return home, I ensure to back up the photos onto two separate hard drives, further enhancing data security in the event of a malfunction.
What occurs in the event that you're unable to attend the wedding due to unforeseen circumstances or illness?
Fortunately, I've never encountered this situation. However, if I were to fall ill before the wedding, I would provide you with a full refund of your payment and offer a substitute photographer for your consideration. In the rare event of an issue arising on the day of the wedding, I would promptly seek an emergency replacement from active wedding photography groups.
