My morning began at the elegant Danubius Hotel Regents Park, where I arrived to capture the bridal preparations for this stunning wedding. As a Regents Park wedding photographer, I found the calm and intimate setting to be the perfect backdrop for the bride, her mother, and her sister as they got ready. I focused on capturing candid, documentary-style wedding photography, from the intricate details of the bridal gown to the heart-warming interactions between the family.
From there, I headed to St Mark's Church Regent's Park for the wedding ceremony. With around 120 guests in attendance, it was a beautiful and emotional occasion. The guests remained at the church for about an hour after the ceremony, enjoying light refreshments while I took group wedding photos. These moments were filled with laughter and joy, and it was a pleasure to document these candid interactions as a St Mark's Church wedding photographer.
Following this, the guests boarded a boat that would take them to the reception at the London Canal Museum. The boat made two trips, allowing me time to stay with the bride and groom for some stunning couple portraits at St Mark's Church Regent's Park and along the canal. This setting created an ideal backdrop for some truly romantic London Canal Museum wedding photography. These moments of quiet together, with the beautiful surroundings, made for truly romantic, candid photography.
During the couple photoshoot at St Mark's Church Regent's Park, something magical happened! The bride and groom spontaneously decided to cross the road to an ice cream van parked nearby. They bought ice cream cones, which made for some of the most fun and unique wedding photos of the day. The carefree, joyful energy of that moment added so much to the candid, documentary-style feel of their Regents Park wedding photography.
Once we arrived at the London Canal Museum, the wedding reception was in full swing. The guests enjoyed a fantastic Korean BBQ buffet and Pimm's, creating a lively and fun atmosphere. The evening culminated in the cutting of the wedding cake, a wonderful moment to capture as part of the day's documentary-style wedding photography.
If you’re planning a Regents Park wedding or considering a reception at the London Canal Museum and are looking for timeless, candid, and documentary-style wedding photography, I would love to help make your special day unforgettable.
